You will also receive support for your downloaded themeophilia WordPress Theme (see the support section for more information). Themeophilia has the right to change the website terms and licensing of any themeophilia products at any time.

All sales are final, no ifs, ands or buts. No refunds will be offered for for any themes downloaded from themeophilia, however, if you have an issue with your download or product, you can contact our support community to help fix the problem.

We guarantee that our themes will function properly on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated with no changes to the theme. Once you have tinkered with a theme, modified it or added third party applications, we cannot guarantee the theme will work. We will support our themes, and we will give as much effort as possible, but supporting modified themes or instances of third party applications will be done at our sole discreation.

When you purchase a theme from themeophilia, community support is available. Please direct support ticket inquiries and questions to our ticket system or to the appropriate section on our WordPress forum to receive the fastest support. We will offer support on common issues and bugs that may occur, but not necessarily customized themes as outlined above. Support is only for themeophilia themes purchased from our site.

Our themes are released under GPL license (that includes the CSS, XHTML, and design), and are in total compliance with WordPress and the standards set by the authors of the GPL license.
